Natte Valleij NAT 2022 is a vibrant, naturally fermented Pinotage from South Africa's Coastal Region. This lighter, fresher interpretation of the uniquely South African grape (Cinsault × Pinot Noir) delivers fragrant red fruit and wild strawberry with macerated plums and bright raspberries. Light-to-medium-bodied with balanced acidity and elegant tannins. Hand-harvested, naturally fermented, aged 8 months in concrete eggs and foudre. Alc 12.5% | TA 5.8 | RS 1.0 | pH 3.9.
